The production process can be roughly divided into 9 steps:

Procure various high-quality raw materials. These raw materials include metallic materials (such as stainless steel used for manufacturing components like the injector housing and needle valve), plastic materials (for seals and some insulating parts of the injector), and electronic components (such as electromagnetic coils). The purchased raw materials must meet strict quality standards to ensure the performance and reliability of the final product.
